Dyslexia Tutoring

As a former teacher of both English and Learning Support, Thea combines a thorough understanding of the literacy problems dyslexic pupils face every day in the classroom with experience delivering practical advice and support in a variety of contexts.

This unique perspective allows Thea to provide individual dyslexia tuition which:

- helps dyslexic children to understand their learning styles

- provides targeted support with curriculum work and exam preparation

- builds confidence and self-esteem

- encourages children to achieve their full potential

Thea currently provides dyslexia tuition to pupils at Hamilton College, Lanarkshire.

Dyslexia and literacy tuition is also offered to adults, with support tailored to suit the requirements of work or further education in later life, or general literacy support.
